Design Cast | Storage Policy

Orders that are not accepted within 30 days of their order ready date will be assessed a $65.00 per week storage fee. The order ready date is the date the customer is notified by a representative of Design Cast that the order is ready for pick up/shipping/delivery. This includes but is not limited to shipping department personnel, inside & outside sales representatives, and customer service reps.
